Is anyone experiencing very short battery life on their E-330? I recently switched to an E-330 from an E-300, where I routinely filled a 2GB card with raw images and had plenty of battery power to spare - usually three dives without cracking the housing.

However, on today's first splash of my new E-330 rig, I got an "out of batter"condition after about forty images. Live preview was ON. I thought that I had a fully charged battery.

Your comments appreciated.

Yesterday, I got three hours and hundreds of images on my E-330 battery using live- preview. Either your battery wasn't fully charged or you have a bad batt.

Rick, last weekend I had the live view on all the time for two long dives for a total of almost 3 hours and 270+ photos and it did not show me the low juice signal until the very end of the day. I was surprised to be able to take 15-20 photos while the low battery signal was still blinking at me.

I heard that for some kinds of battery, they don't reach their full capacity before few charging/discharging cycles.
