Dutch Springs July 7th.

My wife and I are considering coming to DS on July 7th after a week of NC diving. We are from the area (Pottsville) but now live in Maine, did not dive while living down there but after seeing it we feel its too sweet looking to pass up a couple of tanks there before coming home. Are there any people or groups going to be there on this date, we would like to at least get some insite as we have one day bascially to dive. Did check out the site and it looks very cool.

We may be there on the 7th or 8th, plans still fluid. I'll get back w/you once we firm up our schedules.

It is a very interesting site. Many things to see.

Its always nice to get some input from others that have been to a site but still fun to learn on ones own at times

There is always people up there and most are always willing to allow other divers to join. I have yet to meet anyone unwilling but anything is possible. Dutch is a great place to dive and get some practice lots of things to see. The bath house on the peninsula side next to the Aquapark is Air conditioned and they have decent food from the stands. Also have Air/Nitrox on site. My G/F will probably be up there that weekend (Sat or sun) Ill have to see if friday is possible

And you can wash the salt off of all your gear in the fresh water!

I just noticed this post. Are you diving with Olympus next weekend in NC? I am diving there both days (Sat-2nd and Sun-3rd) on the big boat.
