Duopro 2nd stage reg Help

Does any one know if there is a special tool or tecnique to remove or install the nylon horse shoe looking clip, which clips to holes on to the barrel inside body of the 2nd stage,for they brake when trying to remove when doing a OH. This is a generic reg and hoping there are other regs that are simular. The part description is a washer,thrush,Duopro CDP9, item# C-219012. Any help would be much appreciated.

It sounds like you are describing an E-Clip.
