I'm a Fish!
I've owned this SeaQuest Black Diamond for years and I hate the
integrated weight system. I would rather dive my travel jacket with
a weight belt than deal with this thing. So I decided to make some
changes and would like some opinions on my design change and see
if I'm on the right track or if brilliant minds out there have additional
thoughts. I unbolted the weight system and cumber bun from the BC.
Since I dont use doubles I bolted 2" webbing to the upper hardware
hole on the tank holder, then brought the webbing down to the eyelets
used for the cumber bun, bolted the webbing there and brought the
belt around front through the shoulder harness' to a SS buckle, left
hand release of course.
I used the lower tank holder hole to attach a adjustable crotch strap.
See before and after photo's.

Project complete, added some side ss d-rings, fit feels better

than it ever did. Trying it out this weekend.
