TL;DR: where can I buy a coarse-thread inflator elbow nut and dump valve?

On a dive trip last year the threaded bungs on my Halcyon Pioneer wing failed spectacularly on a dive in Egypt (I'm living here for now). Both just crumbled apart... (same thing happened with my evolve wing a few months later - I'm blaming being in shipment for for over a year as the proximate cause...)

I took the wing to a local shop that told me they have a repair facility to properly replace the threaded bungs, and they appear to have done a great job with a minor issue: the threads are coarse thread now. I have several wings (halcyon, hollis, and dive rite), and all have the same fine threads. It doesn't bother me to have the dump valve be different than my other wings, but I can't figure out where/how to order a coarse thread inflator nut and dump valve. Is this a common thread used by a different brand? has the industry moved and all my wings are now old? How do I get the correct parts to put my favorite single tank wing back into regular rotation?

I tried (not hard enough tho) to find course threaded ones with no luck; but why isn’t it an option to replace both port and nut with the fine ones that are far more available?
Ofcourse it would be better to handle sand intrusion from jamming the threads, and the diameters would have to match

I see you’re based in Dahab, are you doing this service via Sameh’s shop at lighthouse?
Maybe you can ask if they have the thin ones to see if they’d fit

Because the hole is too big and they're glued in mate

so that means new bladder then, makes sense
