Was listening to the monster hit "Dumb Ways to Die" and it hit me that there should be a dive version. "Dumb Ways to Dive".
Here is what I came up with so far. Works like a charm with the original. Even managed to rhyme on the same syllables as the original
Please suggest improvements that are more pedagogic, I'm still quite new to diving, but would be fun if it could be used as a reminder of what not to do when diving.

Lose your buddy and not care
Use a BCD with a tear
Take the gas tube that is out of date
And check your air when it’s way to late
