I'm almost the same dimensions....73 in, 175 lbs, 32-33" waist, 33-34" inseam, with what my wife calls "a decent Speedo body".

The stock large in the 350 or 450 is a bit big around the middle, but fit well. The 450 was much nicer to dive due ot the stiffness of the upper suit keeping its shape better.

I almost bought the stock large (note large...not large tall), but then decided I couldn't justify not spending the extra $200 for the Sig. Series. The shop I bought mine at had a deal I just couldn't refuse, and the free upgrade from Spec. Production to Sig. Series for Demo Days finished the deal.

So now, I own me a perty li'l CLX 450 Signature Series drysuit. And I'm only out $2300 for everything (dang underwear is expensive!)

I've read that the TLSse has a trimmer cut than the front entry suit. I'm 5'8", 153 lb, and my stock Med TLSse isn't "roomy" by any stretch. It fits me like it's tailored.
