Its all in the zip, says DUI President, Susan Long. Divers have enjoyed the performance, comfort and convenience of ZipSeals for years. The fact that any diver can replace their own seal in a minute without the bulkiness of a hard ring is what has made DUI ZipSeals so popular. We wanted to combine ZipSeals with the advantages of silicone. But since silicone cant be glued, we had to find a new way to make them entirely out of silicone. It is a combination of the right silicone blend for seal durability, the exact hardness of silicone for the ZipRing and a ring design so these seals will lock in place. Its been a long time coming and divers will love these new seals.
DUIs new Silicone ZipSeals are available now on both new DUI drysuits as well as replacement parts for existing DUI drysuits fitted with DUI ZipRings.
