DUI FLX Extreme drysuit - Blue Camo (about a Large size)

I bought this practically brand new from someone in 2014 who had the wrong Made To Measure size.
I am 5'10, 180lbs.
Its condition is used.
It needs: new wrist Zip seals. Neck seal should be fine, but it is also used.
The Halcyon P-valve should be operational but may need to be replaced as the little plastic nut is stripping.
The dump valves have always been rinsed with freshwater after a saltwater dive (which I didn't do very much).
Metal zipper in pretty good condition.
Crotch area has wear. I had it aquasealed a few times. See pictures.
It also may need a leak test. As sometimes it's been fine, and sometimes it has leaked.
If I had to guess, I'd say I used this on maybe 300 dives on it?
I recommend this to anyone who is handy with patching drysuits. This suit will need a little work to get it up and running comfortably.
Will come with a branded DUI bag.
Other than that it's been a durable suit, and I'm selling it because I don't like blue camo, and I got a new suit.
I'm looking for $800 + shipping but open to offers.
Please factor in shipping as this thing weighs 10lbs. Anticipate it will be $30-70 depending on where you live.
