This is the CLX 50/50- with a CLX 450 top and the CF200 crushed neoprene bottom. Recently had a new zip put in from gamble. Had a few leaks fixed with Aqua seal, but last time I used it, she was dry. The beautiful knee patches where necessary due to some cave exploration I used the suit for.

Just heard this back from DUI:
Suit was based off of a Medium, with alterations.
-1" chest
+ 2.50 hips
- 0.75 girth
+ 1.50 spine to wrist
+ 2.250 floor to crotch
With size Large socks.
