DSS Large SS Backplate
Only 10 dives in a quarry with the plate. I love the plate, just needed a medium plate instead.
These are $224 new. Selling for $150 or best offer in new condition.
Great Backplate and hard to beat.

What's your body size and type?

is it a "long" pattern?

The "long pattern" has a different profile along the bottom, like this:

(I'm at the opposite end of the spectrum and needed a short plate, but DSS had it. :) When shopping I noticed the Long Pattern plates and how they looked along the bottom edge.)

It is not a long pattern. The Large is a great plate, I am just in between sizes and the medium is what I need. If you are 6' or 6'1 and above, with evenly proportionate torso to legs, the large is great. Even a little shorter than 6' with longer torso may due. It's all in personal preference. Great deal given it's almost brand new and the price.

I gotta pass - I'm 6'-7", so am searching for a "long". That was an awsome price....

Not to hijack the thread (maybe it will be forgiven since it does bump the thread up), but did you know that DSS also makes an "extra long pattern" plate? At 6'7" I wonder if that might even fit you better (they do say it is for 6'8" or taller, but that would depend on whether you are long-waisted or not).
