I have Deep Sea Supply Torus 26 and a Kydex backplate if anyone is interested. It hasn't seen the ocean in years, as I've used it solely in the pool these days. Absolutely no leak and will hold pressure until you've turned to dust. I've just serviced the inflator.

The photos doesn't quite capture the color difference but the dark rich black has faded due the chlorine exposure. You can better see the difference on the photo with the Deep Sea Supply Logo. Unfortunately, I lost the rubber retainer plugs that fasten the wing to the plate, so you will have to use mating bolts.

Asking $150 + shipping for the wing

Who knows, maybe the wing is still holding pressure all these years....

Tobin had so many cool ideas and awesome gear, a pity DSS went out of business

My T17 wing still holds pressure but the cable ties that were used wore through the outer lining so I have it taped to prevent further damage. Having said that, I think I'd prefer the extra buoyancy of the T26 to keep my head above water at the surface

I have a DSS medium (15”) SS plate with, I believe, a 35# wing if anyone is still looking.

I bought it because it was advertised as a large plate. I should have known better than to have trusted.
