My DUI TLS350 has about 125 dives on it and is beginning to leak from (we believe) the bottom of the zipper. Fraying is the problem there as well. I've been VERY careful to protect the zipper and am not happy about this short a life-span for the zipper! My shop called DUI service last week and they suggested heat-sealing the frays but the remaining rubber at the bottom of the zipper is too narrow, almost frayed into the teeth. I may try to aquaseal it on the inside but don't really have a lot of hope that will work. If nothing else, it might buy me some more time so that I can wait until the non-diving (read that as "skiing") season arrives.
