Drysuit Seal Cutting Question

It is a chart with the number of rings to LEAVE for neck and wrist diameters.

I plan on prestretching my seals and then cutting them a couple of rings too small to make sure I account for stretching and manufacturing variability.

another thing that works to stretch out wrist seals is duck taping a single roll of toilet paper and then putting it through the wrist.....it helped out mine a lot and is cheap and can be done with things at home....just make sure that you have no sharp edges and you should be fine...
