I am switching from Side mount to back mount cave diving. I am trying to figure out hose routing for a dry suit inflator hose. Does it go from the left tank behind the shoulder and under the arm, or does it go in front of the shoulder and tucked under the harness then attached?

Assuming you aren't using a dedicated suit gas bottle...
Off the left post
Behind the shoulder
Down about 1/2 way between the armpit and the waist strap
Under the shoulder strap
To the chest inflator
