Good drysuit that can be used for both for Artic temperatures and warmer temperatures (60F).

Thanks

Look into trilams. Any shell suit can be used in any temperature, as it is the undergarment that keeps you warm. A neoprene drysuit won't work out too well in warmer temps...you might fry.

I personally have a Bare ATR-HD trilam. Others swear by Diving Concepts or DUI TLS350/CLX450 suits.

A shell drysuit would be the way to go. I have a DUI TLS350 and it gives no warmth at all. You get your warmth from the undergarmet that you wear.

When I dove the springs I wore a thin undergarmet and when I dove the chilly Pacific I wore thick undergarmets. You decide how warm you stay by what you wear under the drysuit.

Thanks for the post, yea I was looking into a Bare or Whites because the price's are nice. Dui outta the question, wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy to much money for a drysuit. I looked at DIVETANK.COM at the Bares, they have some good prices. Scubatoys.com for the Whites. I heard that Shell suits sux, iono never used one, they seem nice.

60 degrees..................... sheesh thats cold........

LOL..I wore a 3mm Shorty in low 50 degree water. I was in the water for 10 minutes till I couldnt feel my toes, head, Cold water gives me a rush, it feels good for the first 3 minutes.

I'd say the exact opposite. Shell suits provide you with the most flexibility, adaptability, weight, and drying characteristics, and some of the suits are as durable as any neoprene suit. The ATR-HD is as tough as any CF200 material out there.
