Soggy:Look into trilams. Any shell suit can be used in any temperature, as it is the undergarment that keeps you warm. A neoprene drysuit won't work out too well in warmer temps...you might fry.
I personally have a Bare ATR-HD trilam. Others swear by Diving Concepts or DUI TLS350/CLX450 suits.

Soggy:I'd say the exact opposite. Shell suits provide you with the most flexibility, adaptability, weight, and drying characteristics, and some of the suits are as durable as any neoprene suit. The ATR-HD is as tough as any CF200 material out there.
