Hi people, though this question could sound weird, which is the general rule to define the drysuit boot size compared to the current shoe size a diver use on land.
I refer to drysuits with hard boots, not those with soft socks.
I mean I use size 9 for land shoes, the Drysuit hard boot should be bigger to fit the Thinsulate socks or a several layer normal socks. How much bigger ?
Is there a general rule ?

Thanks.

I think that depends on the drysuit. You need to check with the suit manufacturer.

Some suits may say "boot size 10" and mean that it's the same size as a regular size 10 street shoe. Others may say "boot size 10" and mean that it's the right size to fit a person who wears a size 10 street shoe, when they are wearing normal drysuit undergarment socks.
