Latex on the wrist, neoprene on the neck. With the Si-Tech ring glove system I can swap out a pair of wrist seals in about 2 minutes if I tear one apart and they are a cinch to pop your hand through when getting dressed.

With a neoprene neck seal I can patch it up with duct tape or some accelerated Aqua-Seal if I need to. I think the neoprene neck is really comfortable as well.

Only downside of a neoprene neck seal is that they *do* loosen up over time on you. I've had my suit for 5 years now and have 400+ dives on it and I've had to replace it once as it was getting to the point where I could dump water into my suit if I looked up. If I were to do a vertical ascent the air would dump out around my neck!
