How exactly do dry gloves work? They don't seem to be connected to the actual dry suit interior, so don't you experience some severe squeeze when you're wearing them?

You can put a plastic tube under your wrist seal and entering into the glove space to equalize that area.

Some use a special cuff ring to link the glove to the suit so there is no restriction at the wrist. Some (as stated above) are independant but can be linked to the suit airspace with a small tube.
