So after reading some nightmare stories of lost divers adrift and massive SAR efforts.......I wrote my letter to Santa and he brought me what I asked for which is a new ACR ResQLink PLB 400. Actually it was Chadd from here on SB but for all I know.... he is Santa.

The best part of this is the Dry Fob XL purchased that I already owned. As in the pic below, it can fit my new ACR-PLB, my AF signal mirror with wrist lanyard, a standard manual marine emergency whistle and 15ft of paracord. There is also enough room to add a credit card and some cash in there. Then the next best part is that is that the XL fits "PERFECTLY" into the rear trim pockets of both my Zeagle Ranger and Stiletto. I never use those rear trim pockets anyway, so the Dry Fob XL goes into one side and a FULL plastic bottle of fresh water goes into the other side.

For others that may not have these rear trim pockets, the other great option for stowing the Dry Fob XL is the HOG Large Utility pocket that fits the XL perfectly and will easily attach to any BC or BP/W cam strap.....

Anyway....Thanks again to Jaan for the XL Dry Fob and to Chaad for a great deal on the PLB .
