Can anyone recommend a good dry bag.

It needs to be totally waterproof and about the size of a regular backpack.

Thanks,
Bob

Go to REI and check in the paddling section. Lots of dry bags in many sizes.

What do you mean by "totally" waterproof?

Do want to submerse the bag without any water penetration? For what purpose?

If you need to protect something from totally immersion, then you should go with a hard case, like a Pelican.

Yes, but that's the thing, I don't want to use a hard case. I want a bag or backpack.

Went to Sport Chalet, they had no idea what a "Ditch Bag" was.

I need a bag with a drysuit zipper or something.

This might be what you are looking for but I don't know how deep it can be submerged and have no experience with it.

I can't post a URL so search google for "Watershed Chattooga Dry Duffel"
