Hello, In two areas we dive at there is a low mountain range that requires driving over to get back home. The hills are 350 meters in elevation (1155 feet).

Is it SAFE to drive over these hills after you have done a dive - say 1-2 hours earlier?? How long should one wait until driving home over the hills??

We usually do two dives around the 20 - 30 meter mark (66 - 100 foot).

Thanks...............Iain

You will find a that very recent thread (http://www.scubaboard.com/t61018.html) addresses almost identical concerns. Low flying planes are in the same altitude range.

I dive in a lake at an altitude of 380m. My home is in the hills above the lake at 820m. This is why I make sure that I always linger over a glass of wine before going home to the wife

Thanks for the note - I'll read the thread. Enjoy your wine.....Iain :D
