Must admit i find redbull completely undrinkable unless mixed with vodka and that combination i wouldn't recommend prior to diving.
My standard diving morning routine is crawl out of bed usually after 3hrs sleep, 2 very large mugs of strong coffee, shower then leave the house. No breakfast as even the thought of food at that time in the morning makes me feel sick.
