Anyone with a Dreb and Ikelite housing/strobe combo? I have both a 20D and a Dreb I have been toying with the idea of picking up an ikelite housing for the Dreb since it's not my main go-to camera.

I've had ikelite housings (manual) for video cameras in the past with nothing but great praise for them.

I'm just wondering if anyone here has any experience with the combo. I'll most likely buy it anyway but was just curious.

Go for it. Dave Haas is a longtime Ikelite user and has posted photos with his Drebel housing. It's such a popular camera that there is a lot of inforation about the lenses and portes. About the 20D, I don't think you'll need 5 fps underwater so you can have it for land use.

Check out this link for a gear report on the 20D: Matt's Gear Report

Personally, I would probably house the 20D....why not put your best camera to use in the more demanding conditions. But, either way, you will have a nice shooting rig.

Oh, and I am a big Ike fan. I have had very good luck with Ike's products and service.
