WASHINGTON (AP) -- The head of the Washington, D.C., police union is decrying the police chief's public criticism of a detective for pulling a gun during a snowball fight.

One he didn't identify himself, then brandished a weapon that was a definite no no. So I agree he deserves to be disciplined. He should have just left.

Lesson learned...watch out who you throw a snowball at...it could be your last!

the same police made claims he didn't pull a gun.... until the video footage proved it.

just more proof that the police will lie just like anyone else.

Maybe cops shouldn't have guns because a small percentage of their population misuses them? Seems like I've heard that logic before.
