That's why all the truckers are having me strip off all their old vinyl signs and hand lettering everything.

The 2002 was definitely the best year. I owned a new one 2002SR5 and later upgraded it for 4x4 Limited. It's crazy how well they keep their value.

I finally got a chance to pinstripe my beloved 2002 4Runner with a bright red (dive flag red) double pinstripe and incorporated three little dive flags in the stripe towards the back. Not a big deal, but it makes me happy and it looks cool.

Time to go diving!

There's so much right about this second photo. (A J-valve with pull-rod would make this perfect rig even more "perfect-er"!) Everyone should get a chance, at least once, to enjoy diving such a minimal/minimalist rig in shallow water, using the old rules that made diving this way relatively safe. I'll be in the pool this weekend with mine, a warm-up for the new dive season. My DH reg needs to be serviced, but what the heck.
