I just broke my toe doing laundry (or making tea, or both) and wanted to whine to someone, but there's no one home, and then I remembered the "Whine & Cheeze Forum"

You'd think the possibility of having back surgery in the near future would be enough, but nooooo, I had to go and do this....

been one of those days huh?? hard to believe sometimes it could be worse.....but every time I think it cant get worse....yea...you know the answer...

hang in there

i have done that to my little toes so often it almost dosent bother me anymore. so just keep doing it and it wont bother you as much anymore...lol... and to think could solve this by wearing shoes...naaaaa who wants a simple solution

I have had an X Ray camera dropped on my toe. Yeah- toes definately hurt the most. out of everything. Especially when your house is ollld, the veting is bad, and you stub your toe.

it hurts a lot more when you stub your toe and its cold. the pain just doesnt go away.

sorry about the toe.

This was awhile ago, but while I was at work, sitting at my desk, I have this bad habit of sitting on my foot. I had sat that way for some time...so it was completely asleep, but didnt know it. My pregnant sister sat at a cube across the way...and said, Sandy come quick, the baby is kicking! So i jump up fast....take my first step on the sleepy foot.....BAM! broke it.....

So..lesson learned....the hard way...OUCH

Thanks, guys, I feel better after being able to whine about it and get some sympathy ;)

Got it taped to the one next to it, and I found some work-acceptable shoes that don't hurt. Best of all, I get my hubby back today! The dog and parrot are GREAT listeners, but not much in the way of conversation...

When it rains it pours. Whilst diving in PNG I was sat on the side of the boat one day for a long lunch break when the DM said ok kit up lets dive I stood up BLAM, flat on my face, my right leg had totally gone to sleep and I could not get it going again. Had to sit out the dive feeling came back about forty minutes later.

lol,

I had a bottle of super hot Habañero sauce fall out of the fridge onto my toe about two months ago and break both the toe and the bottle. Im not sure which was more painful, the broken toe, or the chili sauce in the bone deep cut.....
