Yeah probably it was never worn all the damage was from bad storage I think.It looks fine to me. A wetsuit will have some creases. Those are no big deal. Check the seams, seals, and zipper. Check for any signs that it has been used or worn. Highly unlikely since it seems to still have the neoprene patches and tags attached.
Then go dive it. That is the most important test.
