A guy shipped me this never used semi-dry suit, it costs me 140 euro, but when I saw it it was full of wrinkles and creases, is this a big deal. Thanks.

"semi-dry"... I think that means "semi-wet" too.

The wrinkles will work their way out. The suit's probably fine, but it's impossible to tell by looking at a pic. Only way to know for sure is to try it out. Good reason to go diving!

I would say it looks fine. The easiest way to tell if a wetsuit is new is to give it a sniff I think. The stronger the neoprene smell the less it’s been used.

It looks fine to me. A wetsuit will have some creases. Those are no big deal. Check the seams, seals, and zipper. Check for any signs that it has been used or worn. Highly unlikely since it seems to still have the neoprene patches and tags attached.

Then go dive it. That is the most important test.

Wherever there is a crease you have lost thermal insulation they will never work their
way out, and who wants to dive like a hobo. I call it the stored in a cows behind look.

Yeah probably it was never worn all the damage was from bad storage I think.

My suits look like that after storage in a box over the winter. Then I dive then and the creases disappear.

I wouldn’t call that ‘damage’ but it’s not my suite. If you’re not happy, return it. If it were my suit, I’d go dive it and not look back. A fold or crease is not the same thing as a truly crushed area of the suit that can happen, for example, to the shoulders when hanging it on the wrong type of hanger. Those look like simple folds or creases that, in my opinion, would not impact the functioning of the suite. Of course, that is based upon a quick assessment from one photo.

I doubt anyone dove it with the excess neoprene patches attached to the zippers. Also look at the shoulders where the BC would have rubbing. Doesn't look like any abrasion there. Mine looks like that after storage as well then flattens out after a few dives.
