Does the S90 fit in the S95 housing

Hi Everyone

Do you know if the S90 camera fits in the S95 housing [WP-DC38]

I have been told that the S90 + S95 are slightly different sizes and the S95 is slightly larger
so, the S95 will not fit the S90 housing
but, does the S90 fit in the S95 housing and have all the buttons line up correctly

I have been told, over the phone, by someone at Ikelite, that the S95 will indeed fit in the S90 housing. Don't know if the opposite is also true (S90 in S95 housing).

Interesting, my friend went to a shop an tested the S95 in the S90 Canon housing and it did not fit because the camera was slightly bigger

My question was can the S90 fit the Canon S95 housing

Anyway, I just sold my S90

I'm still interested tho

I believe the answer is different for the Ikelite housing vs. the Canon housing. I believe the Ikelite housing has more internal space around the camera.

The S95 is slightly thinner than the S90, and the power and ring func buttons on top are reversed. Ikelite will sell you a new foam lens hood to fit the S95 into the S90 housing.

I'd think the S90 will fit into the S95 housing, but will be very tight on the foam. But haven't tried it personally.
