Does Shearwater Perdix show seconds in recreational mode?

I got this from Sales and Marketing:

"Under the TIME title, there are 4 bars representing 15 seconds per bar. A line progresses along the bars as time passes. There is also a stop watch that can be started, stopped and reset as required."
