I have the DC compressed neoprene dry gloves. They are great when they don't leak. I had to send mine in for warranty repair for leaky seams due to the sealant cracking. Also, mine have flooded a half dozen times due to the inner o-ring popping out of the groove. You can't tell if this happens until your glove floods as there is no way to see the o-ring when the glove is on. Also, I find if I do not put a generous amount of silicone grease on the o-ring it is extremely difficult to get the gloves on and off. Maybe it's just bad luck, I know several others who have had no problems whatsoever with their DC gloves.

You may want to look at Viking's new glove/ring system, they're getting a pretty decent reception from folks that have them so far.

I won't tell you how great they are because I'm not exactly impartial (being a Viking dealer). ;)

That being said, I find that rings annoy me, I much prefer going w/o rings unless absolutely necessary.

What brand do you use? Have tried any others?

I use the OSS rings, www.ossystems.com. Delrin rings and o-rings, $58, get gloves at Seattle Marine for about $5 per pair, buy spares while you are at it. I got liners there also. You could get the 0SS gloves, but they are more expensive. I only have about 15 dives on these cheapo gloves, but they aren't showing any damage. If you do punch a hole in them, no big expense.

I've been happy with these. They came installed on a used suit that I purchased, except I replaced the too-small gloves. It's pretty tricky the first time you attach the gloves/o-rings to the glove-side delrin ring.
