I am a DM canadite...The question is do you have to get 70% on each quetion minimum to pass or 75%?

don't have standards in front of me but I believe its minimum of 80% with a review of wrong answers to bring it up to 100% understanding..

I believe it's 75% but it's done on each test not on each question.

How low do you want the standards to be?

Many instructors value the sport and business enough to continuously raise, not lower these standards. A 95% correct would be inadequate if the candidate made errors on certain, very basic questions, including tables or safety protocols or basic physiology. OTOH, score an 80-85% overall, with the errors limited to fluff questions, or poorly worded questions, and it looks like an easy pass to me.
