DM Tips

Ok, been reading the DM salary thread and alot of mentioning of tips. So, my question is what do you generally tip a good DM, a fair DM, a poor DM? Please only looking for serious replys.

Also does how much you tip depend on location of Dive. IE USA, Bonaire, ETC.

Day trip good 20 fair 10 poor 0 , It also depends upon where and if its split with the captain etc . Last time I was In Roatan (Fantasy Island) I flipped the Dm and captain each 100.00 us after 2 weeks but that was the best service I have ever seen we named something we wanted to see they took us there and most places were not reg dive sites we were a group of about 20 so we figured they each walked away with at least 800 a piece .
