I am seeking freelance employment as a Divemaster in Sabah Malaysia and willing to travel throughout the island.

Currently, I am living in Kota Kinabula with my fiance and am here for two years.

I have worked freelance for a dive center based in K.K, guiding leisure divers around the dive sites of the Tunka Abdul Marine Park (Sapi, Gaya and Sulug islands). I have gained a good understanding of how dive centers operate in the area and what is expected from a Divemaster. I have experience dealing with customers of all nationalities and am very experienced in dealing with customer care.

I would like to work in the Semporna area and am willing to travel and stay out on the islands if possible. I am also looking at the Kudat area of Sabah but am willing to stay in K.K.

Please email grozom08 AT gmail .com for my C.V and PADI details.

    Hi Andy,

How is the job-hunting going so far? Hopefully you’ve had some great opportunities to keep you busy and increase your experience! :)

Have you thought of continuing your dive education to qualify as a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor? By doing so, you will really open up more opportunities toward your scuba diving career and with such an internationally-renowned organisation, such as PADI, employment comes easy to those who work hard and are passionate!

I am a PADI IDC Staff Instructor at Downbelow Marine and Wildlife Adventures and I obtained my professional dive education through one of our very flexible and customer oriented internship programs.
Have a look at our website to find more information on our 1-month internship program, which includes the Instructor Development Course (IDC) to become PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor.

Do think about continuing your education because it will definitely improve your professional scuba diving career.
We are conducting our next IDC to start on 18[SUP]th[/SUP] May, but don’t take too long to decide because our IDC is very popular!
