DIY spring strap

Hey guys, does anybody know the size bolt needed to secure the buckle on a SP jet fin to the rubber part where pin goes through on fin? Thinking of putting a nut and bolt through the rubber part.

The factory pin on my pair is 0.139" in diameter. Not sure if they have changed over the years.

I was able to get a 6-32 through mine when I made adapters for my spring straps

Thanks, I picked up a # 4 stainless steel bolts/ nuts, may have to drill out buclkle a hair.
