After a struggling with the clamp system sold for these lights, I decided to make my own.
I’ll dive with them this weekend to give them a real test. But I expect they will work fine.

Thanks for Sharing the DIY pictures. I'll talk to my tech and the production to see if we can make something similar to the one that you have made :)
 
Tim, It was not hard to make. Aluminum tubing, turn groves for clamps, true the ends and split. Weld on the pre-drilled tabs, deburr and paint.
