I've been using this method for more than a decade. It's cheap, secure, easier than any other method and lasts for a few years between replacements.

Hi @jerbee ,

Those hooks came with the bungee when I bought it. The only thing I did was cut the extra bungee cord, tie a knot, and bend the hooks around the fin knobs. I don't remember where I bought the bungee assemblies, but I'm sure the type shown in @MaxBottomtime 's post would work just as well.
