DIY backplate designs needed

No pic's yet. I did notice that the bolt holes are not spaced 11 inches. But that is not a problem I will fix that some time later this week. Once I do I will post the pics.

Did you have the bolts space less then 11 inches or did my guy read the plans wrong?

Nope - 11 inches from hole to hole, with 1 inch seperating the two holes. Did the measure center to center, or edge to edge? That could explain the discrepancy.

Here is a couple of photos for a design I am working on based off of CFDAldens.....I am not quite ready to machine one yet, have a few more adjustments to make.
