Hi. Not in your area, and never heard of Wesley Chapel, but a little online searching shows it's in Tampa, FL. I've heard the better Florida diving is off the east coast and the Keys, but there's west coast diving, too.
So, where have you dove so far, and where are you looking to dive? That might help people identify resources in your area.
