You could read a recent scuba intro book, do a scuba review with an Instructor & see how you feel.
You could also take another intro course.

I suggest you start over. One forgets things. Start slowly with an mind open to learning all you can. You will enjoy it.

Welcome to ScubaBoard and my suggestion is to explain a local diveshop your story.
As far as there are no health issues sign up for a basic course to get the feeling again.

I would definitely recommend that you do a whole new certification course. There may be much you remember but there is a lot of new information out there as well. Besides, what can it hurt? Your safety as a diver and as a dive buddy will only be greatly enhanced plus you might make some good friends/dive buddies in the class as well as build a good relationship with your local dive shop which itself has many perks.
