I’m an Advanced open water diver, and going to dive the week of October 27th. I’ve 2 kids (11 and 12 years), who just finished their Junior Open Water PADI.

Which dive club could anyone recommend, where I can find

- decent diving equipemt for small kids (rent)?
- that do have Junior open water diving excursions? (I’d go with them as well)
- (eventually) have dutch speaking dive masters?

Thanks,
Edwin Willems

I have just returned from Sharm and dived with the Red Sea College, in the Sultan building in Naama Bay. Fantastic instructors, loads of languages spoken, decent equipment, divers of all levels and loads of kids in Bubblemakers classes etc.

Give them a try, I shall certainly be using them again next time I go back.

Red Sea College are good but they were fully booked last week when I was there so had to sample Sinai Divers and Camel Dive Club.

Both are excellent centres as I understand Ocean College are as well. However, I felt that Camel was better for the English market as they have 4 or 5 native English instructors. I'd be happy diving with either of them again but the whole experience of being on a boat with English speaking divers and instructors was just more enjoyable as it was more inclusive for this English speaking only diver.

We finally went with Camel (because Red Sea College was fully booked).
VERY pleased with our experience with Camel. We'll go with them again!
