Diving with big schools of fish in PI

I am interested in diving and swimming in big schools of fish. Is there any location in the Philippines that offers that kind of experience?

Depends on what size fish you want Bohol has large school of Jacks that swim around you, Moalboal has large school of Sardines that you can swim through. Apo has jacks that you can swim near...

I've been in/ near schools of sardines and abracuda while diving PG, but it's not a regular thing by any means. While diving Verde Island wall, you drop off into litterally a cloud of Anthias! They are everywhere around you! It's not really a school as what you are looking for, but it's pretty amazing still...
