thanks for "going deep" for a little bit. I have been lucky enough to not have to deal with such things just by chance. Period days not lining up with local dive days - or for a big trip, I would go the medical route with a BC shot.

make sure the exit tube isnt kinked and the valve is open so that you dont get back pressure and possible urinary infections

I agree! The reason I went off BC is a whole other article in itself.. LOL
