so i went diving for the first time since i have taken my beginers course, it was also my first time diving in halifax. it was so cool. windy day though so changing sucked but the dive was good. lots of hermit carbs and snails not so many fish, but lots of bright coloured plant life. the current was fun to play in aswell. you could just sit in the channel and it would take you all over the reef it was awsome.

Sandy cove is one of my favriots I dive there every time i go home, way out theres lots of lobster, weird zebra like looking fish, Snails , Ravens
and theres a memorial there too for a diver who had passed while diving sandy cove,
A few marine engines and a few lobster traps :P

I think it was a big iron like plaque mounted on a large rock in the middle of a sandy section, when I surfaced I ran into some instructors certifying some open water students and I mentioned it to them he was a member of their club (leather backs) I belive they said he had a heart attack on his last day
