Hang in there Medic Labor Day is just around the corner. After the tourists go home Ill try and plan something in the Westerly area during the weekdays.
Also Ide like to get up to Westhill Pond to use the dock of someone who's involved with writing a book on the pond. He's agreed to let me use his dock if you are interested.

It's a bit of a hike for me (probably around 2 hours) and the Rhode Islander in me says, "two hours is pretty much across the country". When are you planning on going?

Well as soon as the tourists leave after labor day, the parking lots tend to open up and things are a little less crowded. Also the ocean needs to be calm and the tide slack. Looking at 1st week of Sept.
