Hey there

Does anyone know if it is possible to dive in the amazon river? If anyone has done this & used a decent operator, I'd love to hear about it. I know it's going to be rubbish visibility, strong currents & dangerous fish and animals, but i'd really like to find out more infotmation.

Thanks

I think about the only way to end up on any sort of turnkey operation is Mad Dog Tours.

I was brought along on a trip by an intrepid mermaid mom- she arranged for all support services just so she and her family could see the local Dolphins and Piranha. I was more interested and worried about the Candiru fish. Essentially this was off of a private "yacht" chartered with great expense. (Not mine, I was just a guy they trusted their kids with for diving)

Contact Mad Dog.
