Hi,
I was running my own dive travel agency in Europe since 2008 and now I restarted here in Vancouver. As the first trip for Canadian market, I would like organize an escorted diving trip from Vancouver to France, Marseilles somewhere in September 2010.
Does it sound interesting to anyone visit this area, relax and do some wreck/fun diving?
There is Frioule Islands (10 min from Marseilles by ferry) based DC - the owner is a good friend of mine, experienced diver and captain. He is running his diving business about 20 years. He has a daily diving boat that can fit up to 15 divers at once. They usually do 2 dives per day. I already was there 4 times and like this place so much.
There are hundreds of natural wrecks from all times, lots of marine life (fish, octopuses, cuttlefish, corals, etc..), always good viz (15-30 meters) and water temp. usually +14-15C in September. Plus all French stuff are presented - nice cuisine, nice wines, seafood and relaxing Mediterranean atmosphere...
The price tag could be around 3K CAD + tax, if I will find enough participants. This price will include airfare, accommodation, diving and FB meals.
Please let me know how does it sound? Shall I provide more info ab the trip - I need your opinion...
Thanks!
Eugene
