Does anyone know of scuba tour companies that go to the Apostle Islands?

I've had difficulty finding any resources for tours in the area or gear rental for scuba - though plenty of tourism websites including the NPS site say it's a popular dive spot. Is it only possible via a private boat charter/bringing your own gear or is there a dive shop in the area that will take you out?

Alternately I would snorkel around some of the shallower shipwrecks that seem close to shore - looking at the map here several seem close to shore and shallow - https://www.wisconsinshipwrecks.org/ - but it's a little hard to tell on Google Maps if they are near an accessible beach/shoreline or actually close enough to swim... anyone done this before or familiar with the area?
