My daughter is getting certified in June for her 15th birthday, and I'm looking for new places to dive so that it will be new for both of us. I happened to be on Google Earth the other day looking at the pond and it looked like the area around the sandy boat ramp near the breachway might be interesting around the small island to the right of the ramp and possibly what looks like a small partially sumberged pile of rocks. Has anyone gone diving in the pond and is it worth it or should I not bother? Any info would be appreciated. We would probably be kayaking out to the island and doing a shore dive from there.
