I just wanted to drop in a recommendation for Punta Mita Expeditions in Punta de Mita, Mexico. I was staying in Sayulita and at the last minute wanted to get my diving certification. It turned out to be really tough to find a diving outfit in Sayulita. Luckily a web search and subsequent email found Punta Mita Expedtions in a neighboring town. They handled everything for me; transportation, gear, instruction, food, boat, etc. I had no diving experience or gear, no phone and don't speak Spanish so I was pretty amazed at how easy they made the whole process. We were able to set up all logistics online in Mexico. I had one-on-one training and the the staff was exceptional. I can't recommend them enough. On top of everything, it was amazingly affordable and I was able to dive on one of premier dive sites in the area. A national park called Isle Mariatas. Whales, Octupus, Dolphins, all the tropical fish.....you get the picture. I highly recommend the outfit and the experience.
